Held for the first time in an elegant private room at Bobby Van’s Grill, the 16th edition of our annual Wine Tasting and Scholarship Dinner was a memorable night for Spartans in New York.
Seventy guests were welcomed with opening remarks from Greg Hauser, President of the MSU Alumni Club of Greater NY and just-named recipient of MSU’s Alumni Service Award.

It’s almost spring, and that means that the Annual Wine Tasting Dinner is right around the corner! Join us again for our grandest event of the year; a memorable night of great company, delicious food, and the exquisite wines of Rodney Strong Vineyards.
Each ticket includes a four-course dinner and a great seat for our famous live auction benefiting the MSU Alumni Club of Greater New York’s endowed scholarship fund.

After a successful 2012, The Academic Internship Council is again helping a select group of MSU students find summer internships in NYC.
These students are looking for opportunities in human services, media, government, fashion, the arts, and journalism in a city that one called “the quintessential work location” in her application essay.

Joan Howorth, Dean of the MSU College of Law, joined our local law school alumni on Friday night in the boardroom of Foley & Lardner LLP. The notable law firm’s Park Avenue address and stunning views of the Empire State Building from the 39th floor were the perfect setting for a little autumn hobnobbing with several of New York’s greatest legal minds.
