NY Area Spartan of the Week: Kayt Dold
Posted by admin | November 18, 2011
A few Spartan questions for Kayt Dold:
Q: What was your major at MSU and what year did you graduate?
A: I graduated in 2007 with a BS in Psychology.
Q: What are you doing now for work?
A: I currently work as a Case Manager for KidCare Associates, LLC in Brooklyn. KidCare is contracted through the NY Department of Health to provide Early Intervention services to children (ages 0-3) with developmental delays. I am also a student at NYU studying paralegal studies.
Q: Where do you live?
A: I live in Williamsburg.
Q: Favorite NYC restaurant?
A: My favorite restaurant (thus far) is Traif in Williamsburg. Amazing brunch!
Q: What is best part of living in the NY area?
A: The best part of living in NY, to me, is how well the city lends itself to wandering. I can spend hours meandering through the different neighborhoods checking out the stores, observing the people passing by. As someone who often finds themselves lost, this aspect of the city has been invaluable.
Q: What is best part of being a Spartan in New York?
A: I’m going to have to vote that the best part of being a Spartan in NY is watching our football season at Mercury Bar.
Q: If you could invite 3 people from any time who were associated with Michigan State to dinner who would they be?
A: After much consideration, the 3 people associated with MSU that I would most like to dine with are xiao cheng:
Jim Harrison (one of my favorite writers)
Kirk Gibson (one of my all-time favorite Tigers)
Chris Hansen (one who could provide incredibly entertaining tales about predators he caught on Dateline)
