Jenifer Patterson

A few Spartan questions for Jenifer Patterson:

Q: What was your major at MSU and what year did you graduate?
A: I graduated with a B.A. in Interior Design in 2007.

Q: What are you doing now for work?
A: I’m a CAD Specifier at a furniture dealership in Chelsea.

Q: Where do you live?
A: The Upper West Side.

Q: Favorite NYC restaurant?
A: It’s a tie between Boat Basin Cafe and Dinosaur BBQ. Boat Basin reminds me of a place on Torch Lake in Michigan, and Dino BBQ because you just can’t beat the food!

Q: What is best part of living in the NY area?
A: The opportunities! There are so many things to see and do, different cultures to experience, and activities and events to become involved in. Not to mention the plethora of interesting people you meet that you just wouldn’t anywhere else.

Q: What is best part of being a Spartan in New York?
A: Having a little bit of home right here in the big city.

Q: If you could invite 3 people from any time who were associated with Michigan State to dinner who would they be?
A: My cousins Emily and Marisa, both alums, because I don’t get to see them very often. And Jim Cash, writer of Top Gun.
