Much gratitude is owed to Bob McGee for the alumni club we have here today in Greater NY and here is his story of how that came about.

In 1989 MSU expressed interest in reviving the long dormant NYC club. I became active in this reorganization and served as president for the first 9 years.

MSU alumnus Josh Kilmer-Purcell is the New York Times bestselling author of “The Bucolic Plague: How Two Manhattanites became Gentlemen Farmers,” and stars with his partner, Brent Ridge, in the television reality show “The Fabulous Beekman Boys.” The second season of their hit show premieres on tomorrow night, March 22nd at 9 p.m.
